My point in the article is that once figures like Sophia or the Demiurge are taken out of their own cosmologies and combined into a single narrative, we are no longer interpreting those traditions but creating a new one. That can be a valid creative exercise, but it shouldn’t be confused with what the Gnostic texts themselves are saying.
Each system is just that, a science to understand how things operate. As though they lead to the same thing but different pathways in a universal system. Some paths may fall short or fail to meet to others, but even if the path ends we tread through the remainder to the same end. ♾️🕉️
